How do I report a bug?
You can report bugs through our feedback portal or email us at hello@loopshare.app with details about what happened, when it occurred, and what you were doing when the bug appeared. Include your device type and app version for faster resolution.
How do I request a feature?
We love hearing your ideas! Share your feature requests on our feedback portal or send us an email at hello@loopshare.app. Please describe what you'd like to see and why it would be helpful.
I'm having trouble logging in
If you're having trouble logging in, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If that doesn't work, email us at hello@loopshare.app and we'll help you regain access.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app. Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and in Account Actions tap Delete Account (just below Logout). If you need help, contact us at hello@loopshare.app.
Are my recommendations private?
Yes! By default, recommendations are private and only visible to the friend you share them with. You can control your privacy settings in Profile → Privacy.
How do I update the app?
iOS: Updates are available through the App Store. Go to the App Store app and check for updates, or enable automatic updates in Settings.
Android: Updates are available through Google Play Store. Open the Play Store app and check for updates, or enable automatic updates in Play Store settings.
